  Great family environment. No pressure. You learn and train at your pace and level to suit you physical ability and if you have injuries they cater for that and tailor training around your injury.
  
  They have mixed classes full of Fun, Fitness and Self Defence for the whole family. They are not a sport karate, so no Tournaments or Sparring. They teach street effective Martial Arts based on Common Acts of Violence you may encounter on the street. The self defence techniques are based on Aiki-jujutsu, an ancient and effective form not taught in most dojo's today.
  
  There is an Anti Bullying program that helps all from 7 years old to Adults. Under 7 years is dependent upon training with other family members, or the child's ability.
  
  They offer Family discounts for more than 2 members and increases with more family members.
  
  There is a weapons component for those who choice to get involved. It is optional. So is kata, it is optional to learn and not a requirement to grade or progress further.
  
  You will learn old style real Karate, Aiki-jujutsu and Weapons. That what was taught and was effective over hundreds of years of feudal battles. Today most Karate clubs push Sport Karate and Tournaments. A plastic trophie will not save you on the street in a real life threatening situation.
